Sparke Helmore / NBN Television Triathlon

Sparke Helmore NBN Triathlon 2010

The 2010 Sparke Helmore / NBN Television Triathlon was held on 21 March, raising a record $45,000 - what a fantastic result!!

Proceeds from the event support HMRI, including the annual HMRI Award for Research Excellence.

Team HMRI placed 5th in the Mixed Corporate Division (49th overall) with a total time of 1:00:46.
Hayley See - Swim - 18:21
Patrick Mcelduff - Bike - 26:22
Scott Brown - Run - 16:03.
 
Current holder of the HMRI Award for Research Excellence, Associate Professor Chris Levi, and previous recipient of the award, Professor Roger Smith, both competed in the individual category.
 
Chris placed 8th in his division (120th overall) with a time of 1:10:26
Roger Smith finished 13th in his division (227th overall) with a time of 1:18:37
